- Recruitment of promo personnel
Pulse searches, selects and recruits promo personnel that corresponds to the Client request and to developed personal profile. - Personnel Training
Before project starts, all promoters go through a series of casting-trainigs-final briefing. Testing and probation are mandatory. - Field Control
Apart from standard daily field control by Supervisors, we practise mystery shopper vists and store-checks by Pulse management. Regular meeting are conducted with promo personnel, to discuss positive and negative factors and to adjust further actions. - Reporting
Pulse provides weekly reporting on KPIs agreed with the Client. A consolidate analytical report and photo report are provided at the end of each activity.
