- Recruitment of promo personnel
Pulse searches, selects and recruits promo personnel that corresponds to the Client request and to developed personal profile.
- Personnel Training
Before project starts, all promoters go through a series of casting-trainigs-final briefing. Testing and probation are mandatory.
- Field Control
Apart from standard daily field control by Supervisors, we practise mystery shopper vists and store-checks by Pulse management. Regular meeting are conducted with promo personnel, to discuss positive and negative factors and to adjust further actions.
Pulse provides weekly reporting on KPIs agreed with the Client. A consolidate analytical report and photo report are provided at the end of each activity.
